We are small by design and believe that we can only have an intimate knowledge of a manageable number of cottages, and that is key is serving you, and your guests, beyond expectation. We are discerning over the properties we work with and our ethos is simple. We have to love the cottages we look after, and they need to be within easy reach, so we can oversee them effectively and be on hand for our owners and guests. We look after every cottage as if it was our own and have stayed in many ourselves. By focusing on a small portfolio of luxury holiday homes in West Cornwall, the area we know intimately, we can maintain a highly personalised level of service that would be near impossible for a larger agency.

We understand that most property owners want to use their holiday home unhindered too. Flexibility is key. It is also key in our tailored approach. No owner’s needs are the same and no cottage we look after the same. We are most definitely not one size fits all, our terms are simple, our commission competitive and many of our owners we now count as friends.
